Domestic (US) Return Process

If you’re not fully satisfied, return your tool(s) within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund.

If a tool breaks or warps within 90 days, we’ll replace it. To qualify, the tool must have been properly cared for including: Never soaked for extended periods of time, immediately towel dried after washing, and storing on a flat surface.

Domestic orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a 100% refund.

International (NON-US) Returns

Returns are accepted for orders placed outside of the US within 30 days of delivery.
The items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for:
Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs
3% Restocking Fee

Any import duties or additional taxes levied by the destination country cannot be refunded by Stoic Clay Tools.
